I bridge the gap between Board-level strategy and ground level execution, able to turn aspirational 'slideware' into high performing sales organisations, working across the commercial Go to Market, aligning teams from on product launch, lead generation and client acquisition through to customer expansion, renewal and retention.

 

Ideal clients are organisations acquired or invested in by Private Equity, looking to create predictable revenue growth ready for exit or acquisition. I typically work as part of the senior team on a 6 to 36 month outcome based contract.

About the business:

Smooth Sales was set up in 2017 to provide on tap experience for Private Equity owned businesses seeking to drive EBITDA. Since then I have consistently delivered outstanding, measurable results in Sales Transformation programs across different industries including SaaS, Data, Technology Infrastructure and Corporate Real Estate.

 

Having led GTM motions for businesses ranging from £50m to £17bn, I understand the unique pressures of the PE lifecycle. I don’t just offer advice; I take accountability for the execution of the VCP, ensuring that the sales culture evolves alongside the valuation.

​

Ideally located with easy access to London, Heathrow & Gatwick and with a proven ability to quickly get up to speed for outcome based contracts from a few months to several years, I typically work with Operating Partners, Investors or owners around the SaaS, Data or technology spaces.

 

Able to work outside IR35 on a contractor day rate, or on a PAYE fixed term or interim basis.
