Smooth Sales was set up in 2017 to help Sales organisations win.

We are a collective of experienced sales professionals who prefer a career of endless variety. This means you can hire vast experience to help your sales organisation.

After 25 years of working in sales I had worked with the guidance of some tremendous leaders along with some memorably awful one's across small fast growing companies and billion dollar multi nationals taking me from call centres to board room negotiations. Through all this experience, I have archived a vast amount of sales knowledge and built a cloud drive of coaching tools which I continue to add to.

About 15 years ago, I met an interim Sales leader for hire and was taken by the idea of a career with endless variation. When the opportunity arose to build the business I recruited the exceptional people I knew, selling the appeal of a life full of fresh challenges. We now have the freedom and flexibility to work with a range of companies helping them grow and their sales people develop, all while spending a little more time with families.

I really enjoy what I do and would probably do it voluntarily barring a mortgage, two children and a list of holiday destinations to get to.
