I can help with workflows, forecasting, reviewing the standard reports and dashboards you may use to steer the business through to a major projects. I have been involved with delivery partners on projects running from initial design through to data clean up's and migrations. I have run two large salesforce enablement programs from initial workshops through to training design & delivery, owning communications leading up to a global go live one day roll out to 2,000 users on Salesforce Lightning in December 2018 and did it all again in 2021.
